"Way less stressful than I expected"
We booked our wedding and honeymoon through Sandals, i was a little skeptical at first because all the brochures and “perfect getaway” wording always sounds a bit too polished to me. But the trip actually went really smoothly. The staff helped a lot, the beach setup was genuinely beautiful, and once the wedding part was done, we were able to just relax and enjoy being there. It ended up being much easier than I thought it would be.

"Super easy check-in at the resort"
Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were really nice. Anytime I had a question, they were friendly and basically said things like, “No worries, we’ll take care of it,” which made everything feel easy.

"Felt Like a Really Lovely Luxury Break"
We booked through sandals.com for our anniversary trip, it was really easy from start to finish. The site was clear, the prices were exactly what we expected, and when we got there, the resort looked just like the photos, maybe even a bit better in real life.

Everything felt so fancy without being over the top. Our room was absolutely spotless, the food was really good, and the staff were super kind the whole time. We barely had to think about anything, which was exactly the kind of break we wanted.

"Plenty to Keep You Busy Every Day"
We had such a fun stay at sandals. If you’re the type who likes having options, you’ll be happy here because there always seemed to be something going on — beach games, live music, evening shows, and water activities during the day. My advice would be to check the daily schedule early so you don’t miss anything you’re interested in, but don’t feel like you have to do it all. We never felt bored, and at the same time, no one was pushy about joining in. The entertainment team was really friendly and kept the vibe relaxed. We’d definitely go back.

"Nice perks, but I expected a little more"
I booked again and got a few loyalty perks, which I appreciated. To me, it felt like a nice gesture, but for what I was paying, I kind of expected the rewards to feel a bit more valuable. Not bad, just not quite enough to make me feel especially rewarded for coming back.

"Nice beach, but I expected more"
The beach was and the water was really clear, so that was nice. But it did feel kind of crowded, and there was seaweed around on a few days, which wasn’t great. The sand was fine, but not that super soft kind you hope for. I still had a decent time, but for the price I expected it to be a little better. Also, some areas felt oddly packed while others were empty, that part was weird

We stayed last week and spent way more time at the pools than we expected. They were clean, warm enough, and never felt too crowded, which was such a relief. we ended up there every single day. I was ready to be picky about something, but nope, loved it.

I booked through Sandals after a 7-night sale popped up, because apparently I’m very easy to influence when the word “sale” is involved. The promo code actually applied at checkout too, which was a pleasant surprise since half the time those things act like they’ve never met the website before.
It still wasn’t exactly cheap, because of course vacation pricing likes to keep you humble, but the discount made it feel a lot more reasonable. The confirmation email came through quickly, and I haven’t seen any mystery charges so far, so I’m happy with how it went.

"I never got bored with the..."
I never got bored with the food. There was always somewhere different to try for dinner, which was great because by 6 or 7 I was usually starving after being out all day. One night we grabbed something casual, another night we ended up at a nicer spot, and it kept things fun. I liked not having to eat at the same place over and over.

"Booking dinners was super easy"
I had no trouble making dinner reservations on Sandals. The available times were easy to see, and we were able to grab spots at the restaurants we really wanted (which was a huge relief). It made planning the trip feel a lot less stressful

"Way easier than other booking sites"
I had a really smooth time using the site. Booking was straightforward, and I found the resort details quickly. The filters and photos were actually helpful, which isn’t always the case on some other travel sites I’ve used. I also liked that I didn’t have to keep clicking through a bunch of pages just to find basic info. Overall, it felt a lot less frustrating than a lot of the competitors...

"Concierge team made everything so easy"
The concierge team was really helpful and made the whole experience feel easy. If you’re not sure where to start or need a little guidance, I’d definitely recommend asking them, they were friendly, quick to help, and made things much less stressful.

"Really clean room"
We stayed at sandals the room was super clean the whole time. The bathroom was spotless, the sheets smelled fresh, and housekeeping came by every day without us having to ask or anything. Even the floors stayed clean, which I always notice because... yeah. It just made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. No complaints from us at all...

"Waited Longer Than I Thought"
I had to wait longer than expected to get some help, which was a bit frustrating. But once someone finally answered, they were friendly enough and did try to help. You just kind of hope the wait would be shorter. Overall, not amazing, but not terrible either...

"Super easy airport transfer"
Our driver was waiting right outside with a sign with our name on it, which made everything so easy. He grabbed our bags quickly, and the ride to the resort was smooth the whole way. After a long flight, it was so nice to not have to think about anything.

"Wish the pricing was a bit clearer"
Overall it was fine, but I wish they were more upfront about the fees. It only showed up at checkout, so it felt a little surprising.
